A theatrical journey inspired by the lives of three great figures, told through their choices, insights, achievements and, above all, the courage to wholeheartedly pursue their calling.
Argentero brings three remarkable stories to the stage, three men who left their mark on history, sport and society: Luisin Malabrocca, the cyclist famous for the legendary “black jersey” of the Giro d’Italia; Walter Bonatti, one of the greatest mountaineers of all time; and Alberto Tomba, the champion who turned Italian skiing into a popular phenomenon.
Three very different lives become the starting point for a universal reflection on dreams, talent, choices and the ability to shape one’s own destiny, leading to the question that gives the show its title: is this the life I dreamed of as a child?
With an intimate, ironic and passionate storytelling style, Luca Argentero, under the direction of Edoardo Leo, takes the audience on a journey through stories, memories and emotions, bringing to the stage not only the achievements of the three protagonists, but above all their most human side.
