STEFANIA ANDREOLI COMES TO CAGLIARI WITH “LA MENTE IN SCENA”
New tour date: Sunday, December 20 at 5:00 p.m. at Teatro Doglio
A new date has been added to Stefania Andreoli’s tour: on Sunday, December 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., Teatro Doglio in Cagliari will host “La mente in scena”, the theatrical project conceived and supervised by psychotherapist and writer Stefania Andreoli, written together with Luca Stano, who also directs the production, and performed on stage by actress Alice Redini.
Following the success of her books and her work in psychology outreach, Andreoli takes psychology beyond the confines of professional practices and brings it to the theatre, choosing the language of the stage to explore a complex and deeply contemporary subject: the fragility of the mind and psychological suffering.
At the heart of the performance is Hélène, a young woman with borderline personality disorder, portrayed by Alice Redini. Through her story emerge the visceral need to be loved, the fear of abandonment, the difficulty of navigating relationships, and the struggle to put a name to suffering that often remains invisible to others.
Accompanying her is the symbolic voice of the “Doc,” a presence that introduces the perspective of psychology into the narrative and creates an ongoing dialogue between human experience and the clinical dimension.
“La mente in scena” is born from the encounter between theatre and psychology: a story capable of alternating emotion and awareness, taking the audience into areas of the mind that can still be difficult to talk about today.
A project that chooses the stage as a space for reflection and shared experience and that, through Hélène’s story, invites us to look at fragility not from a distance, but up close, in its most intimate and human dimension.
