On September 17, from 8:00 PM, the Courtyard of Palazzo Doglio comes alive once again with the Doglio Food Market, an event celebrating the flavours, aromas and traditions of Sardinia.
A gastronomic experience to enjoy and share, the perfect opportunity to spend an evening away from the ordinary, immersed in a unique and welcoming setting.
A journey between land and sea, discovering the ingredients and recipes of Sardinian cuisine, reinterpreted with creativity and a contemporary approach. From prawns with zucchini cream, scabecciu and orange to panadine, from Maccarrones de Busa with lamb ragù and a hint of lemon to a selection of seafood specialties, each dish celebrates the identity of the island through authentic flavours and surprising combinations.
The journey continues with great classics of Sardinian pastry, from ricotta pardula with honey and citrus fruits to the Osteria’s tiramisu, along with a selection specially designed for our youngest guests.
