On September 3rd, from 8:00 PM, the courtyard of Palazzo Doglio transforms into a meeting place dedicated to the flavors of Sardinia with the Doglio Food Market.
A gastronomic experience that celebrates the richness and variety of the Island’s cuisine.
A journey between land and sea, designed to highlight ingredients and recipes of Sardinian tradition through a contemporary approach. From shrimp with zucchini cream in scabecciu and orange to panadines, from Maccarrones de Busa with lamb ragù and a hint of lemon to seafood specialties, the menu takes guests on a trip through authentic flavors and creative interpretations.
To complete the experience, the great classics of traditional sweets, such as ricotta pardula with honey and citrus and the Osteria’s tiramisu, along with options dedicated to the little ones.
