On June 26, 2023, the acclaimed chef will be the protagonist of an exclusive gourmet evening at Osteria del Forte.
Chef Cracco, renowned for his culinary mastery and his ability to create innovative dishes, promises once again to astonish diners with a selection of creations including “raw cuttlefish tagliatelle, Ramen broth, and lemon thyme”, “anchovy risotto, salted lemon, and Nero di Portofino chinotto”, and “grilled turbot with nettle sauce” that will surpass even the highest expectations.
