Gin Dinner Experience

A culinary experience that combines the charm of the Palazzo Doglio Courtyard with the elegance of gourmet pairings.

On Thursday, October 16, in the heart of Cagliari, the enchanting setting of the Courtyard hosts an exclusive dinner dedicated to the world of gin and its botanical allure, designed for those who wish to experience a refined and original gastronomic journey.

The menu, created for the occasion by Executive Chef Alessandro Cocco, features a selection of premium ingredients and carefully crafted combinations. The evening begins with oysters, red prawns, langoustines, and Cantabrian anchovies, enhanced by the sparkling character of the French75. It continues with fresh tagliolini with salted butter and caviar, or, as an alternative, porcini mushrooms and prawns, paired with the elegant freshness of the Isle of Harris Tonic. The main course features grilled croaker with roasted cauliflower and orange reduction, perfectly balanced by the timeless Martini Cocktail. To conclude, a gin-infused sorbet offers a vibrant and refined finale for the palate.

Each course is born from the dialogue between cuisine and mixology, creating a sensory experience where fine ingredients and gin aromas intertwine in perfect harmony. The evening unfolds in a setting that blends the elegance of luxury hospitality with the convivial atmosphere of a place that belongs to the city.
