On Thursday, October 23, the Courtyard of Palazzo Doglio turns white for an exclusive dinner celebrating the elegance of Sardinia’s finest white wines paired with haute cuisine.
The evening’s protagonist will be Cantina Argiolas, an icon of Sardinian winemaking that has refined the island’s viticultural identity for over eighty years. Executive Chef Alessandro Cocco has crafted a five-course menu designed to highlight the aromas of the Mediterranean and the depth of Sardinia’s most prestigious white varietals.
From the refined character of the Metodo Classico to the aromatic elegance of Iselis Bianco, the complexity of Cerdena and the velvety smoothness of Gran Gin, each glass becomes the centerpiece of a sensory journey celebrating the art of contemporary cuisine.
