Palazzo Doglio proudly hosts a new edition of the Sparkling Dinner, an exclusive event celebrating the excellence of Ferrari sparkling wines, paired with the Mediterranean cuisine of Osteria del Forte.
The stars of the evening will be Ferrari Maximum Blanc de Blancs and Ferrari Maximum Rosé—two exquisite expressions of Trentino’s winemaking tradition—perfectly matched with a sea-inspired tasting menu.
The journey begins with a refined selection of starters that harmoniously blend bluefish, citrus fruits, root vegetables, fresh fruit, and smoky notes.
This is followed by a delicate cod fillet slow-cooked in oil, served with pizzaiola sauce, dehydrated capers, and basil oil.
To finish, an exotic dessert: coconut panna cotta, pineapple and sage coulis, and a red fruit tuile.
To elevate the ambiance, live music will fill the air, wrapping the Courtyard of Palazzo Doglio in a magical atmosphere—perfect for enjoying the crisp early September evenings under the stars of Cagliari.
