After the success of his previous evenings at the Osteria del Forte, Carlo Cracco will return on 20 June 2024 for another unforgettable gastronomic experience in Cagliari.
With his culinary mastery, Chef Cracco is known for surprising the most demanding palates with innovative and tasty dishes.
This time, the menu created especially for the occasion will feature dishes such as the puffed piadina with wild herbs, paired with tuna mosciame and mayonnaise with burnt leek, and a risotto with smoked kale with salmon eggs.
