Spring blooms at Palazzo Doglio with a new Cantine a Corte event. On Thursday, March 27th, starting at 8 PM, Osteria del Forte hosts an exclusive dinner for food and wine lovers, featuring Sella & Mosca, a top Sardinian winery.
A sensory journey combining seasonal ingredients and refined wine pairings, curated by Chef Alessandro Cocco.
The evening begins with roasted asparagus, poached egg, and béarnaise sauce, paired with fresh Oscari Alghero DOC Torbato Spumante. The first course features tagliatelle with guinea fowl ragù, orange zest, and Frue cheese, enhanced by the rich Marchese di Villamarina. Next, enjoy tender BBQ lamb chops with sautéed artichokes, perfectly balanced by the same exquisite wine. The finale is an explosion of flavors with orange-saffron mousse, chocolate powder, and Anghelu Ruju reduction, paired with Anghelu Ruju Rosso Liquoroso Riserva DOC.
