New Year’s Eve promises to be unforgettable with the proposal by the Court’s four restaurants of four special menus designed specifically for the Dinner with music and countdown to welcome the beginning of the New Year in style.
For the occasion, Osteria del Forte led by Chef Alessandro Cocco has prepared a rich menu of excellence and will offer, after the appetizers “Foie Gras escalope with mango and pear salad and cooked must sauce, the “Scampo, cauliflower cous cous, peanuts and white chocolate” – , two appetizers including “Beef Sandwich, asparagus, orange and mustard sauce” and “Lobster, almond zabaglione, apricot mayonnaise and nduja panko bread crumble,” the appetizers will be followed by the “Chinese tangerine risotto, foie gras and red shrimp” and the “Taleggio cheese ravioli with white truffle and meat reduction.”
The Chef’s creative flair will also be revealed in the main courses, with “Veal cheek with truffled polenta and its ristretto” and “Scallop bard with prosciutto on Jerusalem artichoke cream and caviar” to close with “Orange semisphere, ginger cookie, cinnamon ganache” and the traditional Panettone.
