The Easter weekend at Palazzo Doglio promises to be an unforgettable one.
For the traditional Easter Lunch scheduled for Sunday, April 9, Chef Alessandro Cocco will present a special menu, dedicated to the flavors of spring, expertly enhanced with creative flair.
It will start with the “Savory Seadas with burrata, lime, red shrimp and asparagus” to continue with the “squid ink ravioli stuffed with grouper with asparagus and fresh cherry tomatoes” and “lasagna decomposed with lamb ragout and artichokes.”
This will be followed by “traditional stewed lamb with potatoes and thistles” and “spring herb sea bass slice with baby vegetables” to end with dessert.
