From 7 p.m., Palazzo Doglio will host the presentation of the book “Dolci d’Italia.La storia della pasticceria dal Medioevo” al Novecento by Francesco Pruneddu.
An Art History graduate, social media manager and passionate about food, photography and painting, with his Instagram profile @ch_ecco, Francesco Pruneddu recounts recipes, especially sweets, sometimes forgotten, that have made culinary history through images inspired by seventeenth-century still lifes.
During the evening, in the company of journalist Stefania Cotza, Ch_ecco will talk about his book “Dolci d’Italia.”
