Micheline-Starred Chef Giuseppe Molaro at Palazzo Doglio

On Tuesday, May 23, L’Osteria del Forte will host a Micheline-Starred Chef Giuseppe Molaro. 

For the “Starry Nights” event, Chef Molaro will delight diners with some of his dishes including “Red onion and raspberry meringue stuffed with genovese and lemon cream,” “Tuna tartare served with seaweed vinegar and dried tuna, coriander oil, red fruits and shiso leaf chips,” and “Risotto mantecato with fennel cream, lemon saffron and red shrimp.”
