Starry Nights at Palazzo Doglio

Join us, Thursday, May 9, for a new evening under the stars at the Osteria del Forte di Palazzo Doglio.

The protagonist of this evening will be Barolo di Prunotto, from the renowned Marchesi Antinori winery, an heritage of avant-garde in the wine world: the wines, deeply rooted in the territory and tradition of Piedmont are characterized by elegance, refinement and great complexity, able to express the true essence of the most famous denominations of the region.

Guided by our Executive Chef Alessandro Cocco and Matteo Lorenzini of the Osteria di Passignano, you will discover a five-course menu expertly combined with Prunotto wines to enhance every nuance.

The evening will begin with a “Cube of roasted red tuna, accompanied by demi glacé of Tropea onion and crunchy lime sugar”, followed by a refined “Foie gras served with duck consommé and red turnips”. Next, the “Culurgiones, fresh pasta filled with potatoes, octopus and mint, with beef consommé”, while the second dish will present the “Sella d’agnello spring first fruits, flavored with rosemary”. Finally, to conclude sweetly, the “Lemon full of itself: a mousse of walnuts and extra virgin olive oil”.

Each dish will be an expression of the traditions and culinary identity of the area, prepared with selected and seasonal ingredients, to offer an unforgettable sensory experience to participants.

The Osteria di Passignano, awarded with a Michelin star since 2007 and located in the picturesque surroundings of Chianti Classico, is an authentic landmark for lovers of good food, combining creativity and innovation in the gastronomic proposal.
