On Wednesday, November 8th, Chef Caterina Ceraudo from the Michelin-starred restaurant “Dattilo,” and Mixologist Bartender Filippo Sisti will be the protagonist of the event “Starry Nights” at Osteria del Forte.
During the evening at Osteria del Forte, Chef Ceraudo’s creative talent will be showcased through a specially crafted menu for the occasion, each course will be accompanied by a drink of Gin created by Filippo Sisti
The culinary experience begins with ” Crunchy sfogliatella with caciocavallo cheese,” followed by “Roasted mackerel, gin, yogurt and Angostura,” “Square spaghetti, wild fennel pesto, and red shrimp.” This will be followed by “Smoked amberjack with aromatic herbs, lemon-infused onion caramel,” and “Spiced citrus stew, yogurt and ginger” to conclude.
