Cooking Class Experience
Experience an unforgettable culinary journey that will allow you to immerse yourself in the tradition of Sardinian cuisine, discover the seasonality of local ingredients, all under the expert guidance of the Executive Chef of Osteria del Forte, Alessandro Cocco. He will lead you step by step in preparing a three-course menu using exclusively fresh, seasonal local ingredients.
Standard Cooking Class:
Cooking Lesson: You will spend 3 hours with Chef Alessandro Cocco, learning to prepare a complete menu using fresh and seasonal ingredients. This will be a hands-on experience that will leave you with new culinary skills to take home.
Market Experience: For those who desire a true immersion into the local culture, we offer an additional option. Before the cooking lesson, you can accompany the chef to the local market, where we will select the freshest and most authentic ingredients for your lunch.
Wine Tasting Experience:
To complete your gastronomic journey, you can add a Wine Tasting Experience. You will taste a selection of fine wines paired with the dishes you have prepared during the cooking lesson.
